Recipe of the Month: Zucchini Turkey Burger with Celery Slaw
Note: I tried this and it came out perfect, it was absolutely delicious
Ingredients:
9 Lasagna noodles cooked until al denta'
1 bunch of green onions diced
1 lb. Lobster meat cooked
1 lb. crabmeat
1 lb. shrimp diced (raw)
4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
5 tbs. Butter (I use unsalted)
3 cups of Heavy Cream
3 tbs. All Purpose Flour (I used Almond flour and 2 tbs. All purpose flour)
5 cloves of garlic minced
2 tbs. Italian seasoning
2 1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp. course black pepper
4 cups Sargentos Italian Cheese Blend
2 tsp. Parsley flakes (optional)
Instructions:
In large bowl toss crab meat, lobster, shrimp, and green onions
Mix until well blended and add Old Bay fold into mixture and set aside
Melt butter over medium heat until melted and add flour, whisk until well combined
Pour in heavy cream and whisk until lump free
Cook sauce until it thickens and then add in garlic
Next sprinkle in Italian seasoning, pepper, and kosher salt
Whisk and let cook for 2 more minutes
Turn off heat and remove the pan from burner
Lightly oil 9x13 baking dish and add a little of the white sauce to the bottom of pan
Add 3 lasagna noodles followed by half of the seafood mixture
Top off the seafood mixture with white sauce followed by some cheese, and noodles
Repeat layering
Top off the lasagna with remaining white sauce and then cheese
Sprinkle with parsley and cover with foil.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 25 minutes
Remove lasagna from oven and let sit for 15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
