Sisters Excelling Everyday, means SISTERHOOD. I am my sister's keeper, sharing the vicissitudes of this thing called LIFE.
Lucretia Heard I am a certified Intervener at the Maryland School for the Blind for 30 years. I am a divorced mother of two and also have two foster sons. Not to mention, I have a precious grandson. I love being in the club. I love traveling, baking, and socializing once a month with my sisters in the club. I come from a family of nine and I am next to the youngest. I enjoy going to the movies, my favorite movies are drama and suspense. Most of all, I love spending time with my family. |

Kim Spence I love the Lord who carries and protects me and my family. I am a wife and mother of three. I am also "Mee Mee" to my grandson. My purpose in life is to educate children. It is also my passion! Another passion of mine is reading, dancing and traveling. I once danced for 24 hours to raise money. Being part of Sisters Excelling Everyday enables me to help young women of all walks of life. I love this sisterhood. Sister's Excelling Everyday rocks! |

Rhonda Arrey I am a seasoned educator of 38 years. I am a wife mother, and woman of God. I enjoy traveling, family, friends, and a good laugh. As a member of this sisterhood, I enjoy supporting young women as they seek careers, jobs to make a difference in our society. As a member of SEE, I enjoy supporting , nurturing, encouraging each other as we live, laugh and love. |

Lilian Cockrell I joined SEE in April, 2016. I am dedicated to diversity and progressive thinking. I am is currently a Principal with Baltimore City Schools. My passion is meeting the academic and behavioral/social emotional needs of the special education students where I serve as a school leader. Family, golfing, enjoying nature, and cooking are just a few of my hobbies. I am also the Executive Director and Founder of the Non-Profit, It’s Time for Jamaica which is an organization focused on the educational needs of students and teachers in Jamaica. I earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Montana-Billings, a Master's Degree is Educational Leadership from Dame of Baltimore, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University in Delaware. |

Lorraine Jones Chaplin I am a person who loves the LORD, without HIM I am nothing. I am so privileged to be a wife, and mother. I've also been a foster mother for over 20 years. I've been a secretary for Baltimore County Public Schools for 17 years. I also work with another nonprofit organization, where we help teenagers come to know and grow in my LORD and SAVIOR Jesus Christ. I am also privileged and grateful to be apart of an extraordinary part group of women whose passion is to help young women excel everyday in their lives. |

Rose Brock I was born in Baltimore City to Lonnie Hill and Eileen Hill. I attended Baltimore public schools and graduated from Houston-Woods Jr. Sr. High in 1977. I attended BCCC where I received my A.A. degree in Recreation. I joined the Baltimore City Police Department on June 15, 1987 as a Patrol Officer and had the opportunity to be assigned to several specialized units such as: Bicycle Unit, Drug Unit, Internal Affairs, Criminal Intelligence, HIDTA (Task Force), Warrant Task Force and Personnel Section. I was chosen to attend Polygraph school and I'm currently a polygraph examiner. I was promoted to Sergeant in 2001 and I retired from the agency on August 30, 2008. After three years of retirement I was employed with Maryland State Police Department as a Background Investigator and later the Director of the Firearms Section. I worked briefly for the Baltimore City States Attorney Office as a Investigator and I am currently employed with Howard County Police Department as a Background Investigator and part-time with the Baltimore Ravens (Security). |

Nicole Lawson My name is Nicole Lawson just a little about myself. I have 12 years of Law Enforcement experience and am currently working for the MTA Police Department. I am a member of First Mount Olive FWB Church and ministering on the dance ministry for over 15 years. I am a recent graduate of the Discipleship Ministry at the New Psalmist Baptist Church and completed a Certificate program for Share the Gospel. I enjoy helping people and doing things in the community that will make a difference. FOR I AM FOREVER GODS DISCIPLE. My hobbies include traveling, movies, drawing cartoons, attending family and friend gatherings, and of course dancing. Thank you for your time and have a GREAT day on purpose. |
